How have you changed as an educator?
As an educator I have become more brave and fearless with how and what I teach. Before, I would be so self conscious and not even attempt to try anything new. During the experience using the teaching channel cycles, I have learned to stop being sheepish about my methods and just do what I think is right for my classroom and students. Before I would be embarrassed about a failed attempt at a new lesson or format, but now I see it has a lesson learned. What is learning, but not trial and error and finding what fits.
