How do you think you grew?
I have grown as an educator every year that I teach. I notice more, I learn more, and I have more confidence to do more. With the help of my wonderful coach, I am guided in the direction that is going to make me the best educator that I can be. Completed the cycles, meeting with my coach, and sharing resources and examples on the Teachingchannel website and seeing my students welcome new, fresh ideas has inspired me to become a better teacher year after year, month after month, and day after day.
